1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and R789 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account via the R789 login process, depositing funds, or using any feature of the platform — including sports betting, casino, live casino, promotions, or the cashier — you accept these Terms without reservation.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one R789 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — is a violation of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances voided.

When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full name, contact details, and any information required during identity verification. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for keeping your R789 login credentials — username, password, and any verification codes — private and secure. R789 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login details. 4 Deposits & Payments

R789 processes all deposits and transactions in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and compatible mobile wallets. • Deposits must be made from payment accounts that belong to you personally. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• R789 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to review before processing. Standard processing times vary by payment method, but R789 aims to complete verified withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. • Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — the same method used for depositing where possible.
• Any active bonus funds or funds subject to wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
• R789 may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal . This is a standard security measure and is not a reflection on your account standing.
• Withdrawal requests can be cancelled by the player before they are processed, from the cashier dashboard.
• R789 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals where fraud or Terms violations are suspected.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

R789 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to Pakistan players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, and event-specific promotions tied to cricket fixtures, PSL seasons, and T20 tournaments. All promotions are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any specific terms stated on the Promotions page:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and carry wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are stated per promotion — read each offer carefully before opting in.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per payment method.
• R789 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses — including through multiple accounts, strategic low-risk betting to clear wagering requirements artificially, or any other exploitative method — will result in the bonus being voided and may lead to account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering process.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the R789 sports betting platform — covering cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports, and other available markets — are final once confirmed. The following rules apply across all betting activity:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds can change up until a bet is placed and confirmed.
• R789 reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or situations where the outcome of an event has already been determined at the time of betting.
• Live in-play betting is subject to slight delays — bets placed after an in-play event has concluded may be voided regardless of the displayed odds at the time.
• For casino games and slots, outcomes are determined by certified random number generation. R789 does not manipulate game results.
• Live casino games are operated by third-party studio providers under their own separate game rules, which are displayed within each game interface.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market, game, and account level — these are shown at the point of wagering.

8 Fair Play Policy

R789 maintains a strict fair play policy. The following activities are prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Using bots, automated scripts, or any software to place bets or interact with games on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors — whether in sports markets or casino games.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of a game or exploit a promotional structure.
• Match fixing, insider betting, or placing bets on events where you have privileged knowledge of the outcome.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using someone else's payment method to fund your account without their explicit written consent.

R789 uses monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns and suspicious account behaviour. Where a breach is suspected, the account will be suspended pending investigation. R789's determination in such cases is final.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

R789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is under investigation.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• False or misleading information was provided during registration or verification.
• Fraudulent payment activity is detected.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and carries a zero or near-zero balance.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting R789 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after satisfying any applicable conditions) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.

10 Privacy & Data

R789 collects personal and transactional data necessary to operate the platform, process payments, prevent fraud, and maintain account security. By registering and using R789, you consent to this data collection and processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
